We are mental health clinicians experienced in resolving conflicts and tensions that interfere
with the orderly functioning of small businesses such as those operated by family members.
Our special ability for problem solving is derived from many years of clinical, administrative
and teaching experience in the mental health field. Through the consultative process we offer
an understanding of ways in which personal issues and interpersonal relationships can be managed
in a business setting. We specialize in problem solving and conflict resolution for family businesses,
couples in business together and for partnerships and other small businesses. We are both trained in conflict mediation.
